  Terrible experience. I ordered items from an antiques auction which uses this UPS store location for packing and shipping. All the items were just thrown carelessly in a box. A bayonet was stabbing out of the box upon arrival, and I'm very surprised there isn't further damage to the items by the way they were carelessly thrown in the box. There was probably 10-15 pounds of clothing items thrown on top of leather items that are 100+ years old, which were as found in the photo showing the inside of the box once I lifted the clothing. The bayonets were packed with no support at risk of being bent and damaged. The auction invoice was included as well, so the store was aware of the contents and cost of the items in the package, which was near $2,000. For a $27.58 packing material and box fee, these items of historical significance should not have been just thrown in a mound without any packing material between them to save store costs. I would not recommend this store to pack your items, they couldn't care less if the items arrive intact regardless of their value.

  First time I’ve been here and one of the workers was very rude. I return Amazon products frequently at UPS stores and I have never had anyone complain that I didn’t tape the box… I don’t have packing tape and it took her 2 seconds. Then she was huffing and puffing because my QR code wouldn’t scan. I won’t be coming back to this location because of her “customer service”.

  So ridiculously expensive. I had my package in a mailer bag it was in a cardboard box than wrapped in christmas wrapping paper all under the mailer so you couldn't even see it. The young male worker than tries to cut my mailer bag open to look at the cardboard box.... I dont know why..... like seriously what is that gonna do its all sealed in the mailer bag I just need a postage tag. Not for them to destroy my package and tried to force me to put it in another box. It didnt need to be put in a box I have the flipping MAILER BAG. Clearly your employees dont understand that other shipping containers besides boxes exist. So tired to get me to buy a box on top of the shipping cost my package was on the lowest cost option with it not arriving until close to the end of the month and he wanted $87 dollars. Absolutely crazy. This is a scam cutting up people's mailer bags when your company uses mailer bags to ship stuff, and than trying to charge them for a box to make a larger sale. Youre so called response completely missed what I was upset about. It's the fact that your person working at the counter tried to scam me and make me pay a higher price for no reason. If my mail is in an appropriate mailer envelope or package that is acceptable by the post office and you try to cut it open and destroy it so I cannot use it and then try to sell me something to put my package in. Because you destroyed the thing that I had it in that was already approved. Is the scam that I am upset with. Maybe actually read the discrepancies people are leaving.
