- DZDeena ZepedaSep 10, 20251.0Can confirm they will not deliver ANY packages that are bigger than your mailbox. This is my secondary home. I can confirm at my primary loaction they always deliver my packages. Therefore I don't believe this has anything to do with the actual company and just this specific location. I see they have a review from 2 years ago stating the same thing. So obviously this has been an ongoing issue. Don't bother attempting the reschedule delivery option. It allows you to reschedule, then they just leave this cute little note in your mailbox the second time they come back. I must say I know for a fact some addresses do not allow for a reschedule delivery, however due to the fact that the system allows you to do it, means they are required to. They are just chosing not to.
