- PCProud American CitizenFeb 7, 20261.0I have been home all day. There was no attempt by the driver to knock on my door or deliver the package to the listed address before dropping it off at the office. This is unacceptable. Shifting your responsibility onto others is not acceptable service, especially when I paid extra for expedited delivery. Because of this failure, I will not be able to receive my package until Monday, when the office reopens—completely defeating the purpose of paying for earlier delivery. This reflects laziness and a lack of professionalism. I expect either corrective action to prevent this behavior from continuing or reimbursement for the expedited shipping I paid for but did not receive. Please ensure drivers perform the job they are paid to do: attempt delivery at the actual address before redirecting packages elsewhere. I will continue to escalate this issue until it is properly addressed

They say it’s “not accessible”....how am I able to LIVE there and PARK there if it’s not accessible? If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, they don’t deliver it. I can’t even pick up the packages they refuse to deliver because they are only open for 4 hours a day during the week, no weekends. I work a normal 9-5 job so there is no way for me to get what I bought unless I take time off of work. Incredibly inconvenient.
