I was outside the whole time and they didn't even stop by House they went the Street Mail Box where everybody Mail is located instead . The Box was huge they didn't even decide to stop at my house once. They just went to my Street Open Mail Box and just left.... WITHOUT EVEN LEAVING A NOTE OR MESSAGE ( OR Contact Information NOTHING in the mail box)! Additional Note: Contacted customer service person didn't seem to care that they messed up at all emotionless person. She told me if they messed up I won't get my package today I'll have to wait 78 hours. That is the most idiotic thing I ever heard in my life. 1) They made the mistake and didn't even attempt to deliver it to my house. 2) They didn't even bother to leave me a single note regarding anything. 3) Most people work 5-6 days a week so essentially 1 mistake and you can't even claim in till the entirety of the next week. 4) They don't go back for a 2nd attempt delivery even if they messed up personally. 5) They put you through a 2 hour wait time yet the automated system gives you 1 hour. 6) (2 Hour Wait time) either means their short staffed or they know how unprofessional it is so they simply just don't pick up the phone. They have less than 10 Google Reviews and 90% of them are one stars. If that itself doesn't tell you anything then I'm just simply lost for words.
