If your counter is not going to stay open until 6pm like your door and website say...then change your posted hours so people can plan accordingly.
This has happened to me several times at this location where I arrive 15 minutes before 6 and the doors are locked.
15 minutes may not seem like a big deal to employees to close early, but it is a big deal when customers plan their day around making it to the post office in time. Frustrating.
I'll update my star rating next time I have a late drop off and they're actually open.
