- JJJayApr 23, 20261.0They lost or misdelivered my package this place has done this before. I waited for my "out for delivery" on Saturday and no carrier even drove down our street..no neighbors got any mail. Then out of no where my package said delivered. But it wasn't to me. Then Monday no mail carrier again on our entire street. Many of us have security cameras so we know when they show and when they don't. You would think after being forsaken 2 days the next day we'd be first . But no. Its late in the evening hours again if at all. Someone needs to do an overhaul of this office. I've had mail & packages in my neighbors boxes and others never surface.

- DMDaNiya MaríDec 27, 20251.0They keep saying that they aren’t hiring yet we still haven’t gotten any mail for almost two weeks and today is December 27,2025 and still haven’t gotten any mail and we live right around the corner, and on top of that they keep saying they don’t have anyone to do this route, yet they aren’t hiring, if yall can’t find a solution yall just need to close down and give all the routes to someone else usps location, because yall aren’t reliable at all…..,

Today, however, the woman who "helped" me made a point of counting the money EXTRA slow, sifting through a pile of mail instead of printing my money order after payment was complete, and I'm not sure if she ever spoke to me or not because she muttered everything she said without even glancing at me. So disappointed. You'll get better service at a gas station, which is where I'll be going for money orders from here on. Or maybe a different post office. Anywhere but here.
