- IIIgniteMar 31, 20261.0Not a reflection on the post office it’s self but the mail delivery is the area is awful, I have had multiple packages and pieces of mail that were scanned on my informed delivery and were never delivered to me. The mail also only runs 1-2 times a week if we are lucky, Ridiculously Unprofessional!!!

Some days they skip me completely even though informed delivery has mail coming to me. Today I get a message they attempted delivery of package but my porch or driveway was not accessible. When I check my ring for the entire day there was nothing blocking my porch or my driveway and no one from the USPS even attempted to make a delivery.
- RGRachel GoddessDec 18, 20252.0I went to the post office on Warson and Palmer Road in Overland and I was disappointed in the worker did not have on a post office uniform/name badge and also I could see (part)their undergarments There was only the one person working and there was four people in line. I went at night time and I definitely can say they need to upgrade their lighting because it was very dark, barely could see the walk way.
