- MMMeg M3 days ago1.0In the last year, 12 of my purchases mailed through the USPS have never arrived (approx. $450 in value). I was able to get refunds for 7 of them. I've had to post messages promising my neighbors a reward if they will give me my mail. My mail has been misdelivered to my neighbors at least twice that I know of. It has gotten so bad that I am contemplating MOVING just so I can be confident that I'll get my damn mail. Important medical invoices and tax documents have gone astray, leading me to get fined. I have gone into the local post office multiple times to seek help, but they have not been able to help. I have lost faith in the federal mailing system altogether now.

Yes the package wasnt fragile, but watching the post man on my security cameras open the screen door, chuck the package against my locked front door and then let the screen door slam shut isnt acceptable.
