- NNNikkiApr 7, 20261.0I wish I could give zero stars. We had a scheduled passport appointment and accidentally left my son’s documents at home. My husband quickly went back to get them, and we returned still within our appointment window but instead of working with us, they pushed us back and told us they couldn’t take us. I understand the importance of keeping appointments on schedule, but there was no need for the rude and dismissive attitude we received. A little understanding and professionalism would have gone a long way.

Adrienne at the Walnut Grove, CA Branch was able to solve a very complex problem and went out of her way to keep me informed through the whole process. I'm not sure if she'll ever see this, but I hope her supervisor does, and let's her and her coworkers know that caring like this is noticed and appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
