- KEKara ElbertMar 23, 20261.0Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff member helping me was the only person working both the front counter and the passport station. She was left to deal with everyone on her own, despite asking management to pause passport appointments, and as a result she was incredibly rude to myself and every other customer there. I will not name the employee because she has plenty of positive reviews so I think I just caught her on a particularly bad day, but she was so hurtful in the way that she spoke to me that I was holding back tears during my appointment. I sincerely hope they are able to adequately staff this location and care for their employees better.

- YLYang LiuJan 15, 20261.0I am not the type of person often write reviews, but today I got an urge to share my experience in this location. I arrived at 9:05am, assuming it should open at 9am on a Thursday (1/15/2026), it wasn’t opened until 9:10am. There were 3 persons before me, waiting behind the door till then. After getting inside, there are 3 employees working at the front desk but only 1 can take customer, the other two? 1 kept working in a laptop, the 2nd one spent 10 minutes to look for a receipt paper roll, and installed it, then sit there waiting for her system to be set up by the one on laptop. The first customer took a longtime to bring back a large on hold package, but seems stuck there. I left at 9:20am, there seems no signs of any progress and I don’t know how long I will be waiting until there is any start. At the time I left, there is no customer finished his mail yet.
