You are better off calling the main customer service number and waiting on hold for 20 minutes, while you wait for a rep to get on the line (and hope that they speak English).

It was delivered directly to Tiffany who’s IN THE DELIVERY PHOTO! Terrible, fire her immediately. I thought my deliveries would be safer here I was clearly wrong and now I’m stuck cause I’ve already paid 3 months.
