I speak, she just looks and asks how she can help. Then if you don't understand something, she looks at you like you're crazy. This location and the one on Meramec are terrible. Y'all need to hire better employees.

I live only two blocks away but get in my car and drive two miles to avoid this spot and the employee there. Recently however I made the mistake of thinking they could help with a very straight forward transaction only to be antagonized for not knowing the inner workings of the USPS. Remembered immediately why I never go here, went to another location and got taken care of without issue. Full support for the USPS and its numerous quality employees but they might as well shut this spot down and save some money.
