  This is about to be a long review bc I really can’t stand this place, and that’s bc this post office is FOREVER loosing my mail. But somehow they make sure to do their best on giving me everybody else’s mail that’s not even mine. It’s getting worse each and every year and it’s ridiculous. When I try to say something or call about it, the customer service I get is so atrocious that they don’t even know how to speak or help people that’s needing their mail. If your mail is missing and you filled out a missing mail request, then that’s too bad because they won’t look into it, or care enough to find it for you. I had to flag down the mail lady to ask her why I’m getting other people’s mail and not my own for a week straight, and she actually got an attitude telling me to put my name on the mail box so they can know where to go and then she walked away like she was done with the conversation. Mind you, my address is in big bold white numbers on the front of my house that people from across the street can see. I’ve never had that kind of interaction with a mail delivery person and it caught me off guard at how she was the one who got upset all bc I asked about MY missing mail. It’s true, customer service today is quite literally in hell. My mail is still missing to this day and I was supposed to get something important today and received an email saying it was delivered but not once did anyone deliver anything to my address. I’m in the process of switching my mail over to a PO Box at another post office because I can’t deal with my missing mail especially when it’s important. At one point It use to be a decent reliable post office but this new staff along with these new mail man/lady? They’re too messy, unorganized unreliable and unprofessional.

  Took a package here 2 months ago to be returned in GA over 2 months later still tryna find the package got 5 numbers to the post office in Daluth Ga only 2 work took my whole 30 minute lunch break still couldn't get in contact with no one Ai driving me crazy I was so mad I didn't want to go to work blood pressure was steam coming out of my head this is the 3rd package that's been lost costing me over $200 but what's even crazier is I got the receipt and each time you put the tracking number in it says no good as if the number they printed out is no good and each other time says it was delivered but the receiver says he he didn't get it I'm so lost at this point

  Tried to see what’s wrong with my package and why it got forwarded but she put me on hold and never came back then I tried calling back multiple times and no one answered I’ve also previously came up there and told the supervisor would call back at 8 never happened.

  I have filed complaint after complaint about this post office, yet nothing continues to be done. In the past 3 years of us living at our house, we have had a variety of issues. From our mail being labeled with "dog" on it when neither us nor our neighbors have a dog to going weeks without mail to now a package being almost a week late because it was incorrectly scanned as "no access" when we live in a house (and scanned in a completely different zip code might I add), this location continues to fall far short of its job of providing a service. And when you file a complaint, they suddenly want to talk to you and come up with every excuse as to why they can't do their jobs. After this most recent complaint, I have been told by USPS that it's because they are doing route shifts so everyone's mail is being held at this post office while that's being done. But when I explained that I have been getting mail this entire week, just not my package, she had no answer for me as to why everything else seems to get out of this office, but not my package. Let's also not forget that I shouldn't have to go to a post office to retrieve my mail because they can't find ample coverage for my area or others. Just ridiculous and a real shame. They give a bad name to USPS, especially when other offices in St. Louis don't have this issue. Time for an investigation, USPS. We're tired of it.

  Disappointed 😞 👎👎 Staff is Soooo Rude with bad behavior. They don't care about the mails. I didn't receive my lisense and DMV also not received as returned mail. My mail was at hold. USPS don't have, I didn't receive and DMV also not received back. Where is my mail....?
