  Went in for a scheduled passport service. Unfortunately the photo service was out of order and I ended up getting my photo done at Walgreens. Once I had the photo in hand, I retuned with all my documents ready to apply. Tamika assisted me and was amazing! I appreciate her kind spirit!

  It always amazes me how other USPS facilities can get what I ordered through 3 states in less than 16 hours but it sits at ur facility for longer ? When I’m 30 minutes away? Make it make sense.

  Forder and ringer area. Last month a mail lady broke my mailbox. I watched her do it and confronted her, only to be yelled at and insulted. I opened a case with management at the telegraph office. They took her side and lied, claiming my mailbox had been broken for years. This mail lady now claims she doesn't feel safe delivering mail to my house, what a joke! Since this began I had over 10 packages marked as attempted deliveries and missing addresses. !!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

  Reading all these reviews, I’m surprised this location is still in operation. I intend to attempt to escalate the issue, but I mailed a return from this location that never got scanned. They lied to me and said they scanned it to get me out of the office, but I ended up having to pay $50 for the item I mailed through USPS but was… stolen? Is still sitting somewhere at the post office? Again, shocked this location is still in operation.

  I visited the post office yesterday and wanted to share my experience. There were three employees working, and while two were very kind and helpful, one employee’s demeanor stood out in a negative way. Although she was efficient in moving the line along, her communication with customers was unnecessarily harsh and came across as disrespectful. When customers asked questions, she responded in a dismissive tone, at one point saying, “I didn’t ask you that.” I also witnessed her speak to another customer about a mistake on their passport application in a way that felt belittling, stating that situations like that are why they run out of forms and that she had to go make more copies. I understand the importance of keeping things moving, especially during busy times, but there is a way to do so while still treating customers with patience and respect. The tone and delivery used made the environment uncomfortable.
