  The UPS store in Tesson Ferry Road in the St. Louis are was absolutely fantastic to work with for shipping framed art and other family artifacts and memorabilia to Alaska. Everyone is friendly and helpful and well informed. Sherry, in particular, is very skilled at packaging delicate items for a long journey. I have shipped odd ball sized, sometimes heavy, and often very fragile items with them several times this past year. When the first shipment arrived, I knew that this was the “go to” solution for sending more items to my home in Alaska. They have a wide variety of packing materials and containers to choose from … but if they need something they don’t have in order to safeguard a particular item, they help find a solution! Amazing. I highly recommend this store for any packing needs, plus they also can ship items via USPS, so what a convenient one-stop shipping option for those in the area. Great service in this day and age should be rewarded! Hats off! Kirk, Girdwood, Alaska.

  I asked questions I got hit with “ we can’t do anything about it” followed by silence, asked a few more questions for clarification I got “ we can’t do anything about it”. I get it, you can’t do anything… how about explain the reason as to why you can’t instead of just expecting the customer to walk away after you didn’t even try to use customer service skills at a customer service job. It may just be the day shift staff with the attitude issues and absolutely no motivation to do their job. I didn’t think communication with customers was that difficult of a task. UPS is already a last resort, this didn’t help any.

  Staff told me my return needed to be fully bagged as they were about to put in it in their return bag that they normally use to return smaller products. The bag it came in was torn at top. I bring items like this back in boxes and they throw away the box and put in bag. Staff put down bag and told me I could pay 2 dollars for a bag. Told Staff I would find another ups. I generally feel they don't want to deal with amazon returns as this isn't the first time they have been picky about returns and generally seem unhappy when you are there. So they win one last customer.

  I called and asked if they had Notary services available. They said yes and asked when I was going to be in. I told them the time and the owner waited till I got there before he went home. That is Dedication, truly appreciate your customer service. 5 Stars
