  They keep saying that they aren’t hiring yet we still haven’t gotten any mail for almost two weeks and today is December 27,2025 and still haven’t gotten any mail and we live right around the corner, and on top of that they keep saying they don’t have anyone to do this route, yet they aren’t hiring, if yall can’t find a solution yall just need to close down and give all the routes to someone else usps location, because yall aren’t reliable at all…..,

  They will never deliver my packages, despite my complex having package slots on our mailbox...they won't use them ever, hold all my packages at the post office and refuse redelivery. Why do we have package slots if they won't use them?? Been 4 years and they never use a package slot this entire time. They won't leave packages with the office either. It's ridiculous.

  The service here has never been great. The employees are neither friendly nor rude most of the time, just a bit bland like they don't want to be there. Today, however, the woman who "helped" me made a point of counting the money EXTRA slow, sifting through a pile of mail instead of printing my money order after payment was complete, and I'm not sure if she ever spoke to me or not because she muttered everything she said without even glancing at me. So disappointed. You'll get better service at a gas station, which is where I'll be going for money orders from here on. Or maybe a different post office. Anywhere but here.

  Ferguson switch mail clerk like underwear and it's a shame because I never ever get my mail in a timely manner. I always find my self taking someone's else mail to them because of the constant changes of them switching up mail carriers.please tell me how do you scan a package to the wrong address with the name and adress on package. Im beyond frustrated with ferguson mail system.WHAT ABOUT MY PACKAGES????

  Just typical. No care for customers or their packages. Left a signature required slip. Without even knocking or ringing the doorbell. Don’t even try to call. They will answer and hang right up. This is USPS so you shouldn’t expect much. A joke clown show. Sad truth
