close and convenient, except they are frequently out of stock of standard materials and excuse themselves because it is 'report card season' or "passport renewal season". (so they know this and didn't stock up?!?!?). and they direct me to a larger, more distant office for STAMPS!?

This post office NEVER (and I mean never) has anyone behind the counter and they make their own signs saying no one is on duty or wait just so they can call their own shots. Sometimes the door is locked with a hamper collecting stuff outside!!! They have been wildly inconsistent with service and I’m frankly fed up. They truly don’t care about you here they want you gone.

Horrible horrible service. Extremely rude staff. They will talk to you like you’re stupid. Not helpful at all. I was in line for 10 minutes (two employees were in the back, but only 1 taking clients, the other decided to open the other lane but only for the man behind me, even after I had been there waiting for 10 minutes) and the whole time I was in line, the phone was ringing and no one would answer it. Additionally there is no parking, they said they do not enforce the 15 minute only parking outside so I had to walk down the block. At the end of the transaction they tell you how to answer the “how did we do?” section, by telling you that you need to click the green smile. That is forging survey results.
Overall, terrible experience. Do NOT go to this location.

I am angry with the postal system. I heard this office takes a long lunch break. And there is only one person there. I called to find out when that is. I called the local number and I get the 800 number. The automated machine is SO obnoxious! It is not able to answer my question. It took me 8 minutes to be put on hold to talk to a person. Then, I am told they have a higher call volume than normal.😤 I waited 16 minutes total. I hung up.
I don't go very often because I don't know when they are staffed. When I go, the woman there has been very helpful. She has a great attitude, very professional. They need more people and we need to be able to talk to someone at the local office.

The employees are very nice but the frequency that the window is not open for service during normal business hours to send a package or get your packages because of understaffing is problematic.
