Some days they skip me completely even though informed delivery has mail coming to me. Today I get a message they attempted delivery of package but my porch or driveway was not accessible. When I check my ring for the entire day there was nothing blocking my porch or my driveway and no one from the USPS even attempted to make a delivery.

I went at night time and I definitely can say they need to upgrade their lighting because it was very dark, barely could see the walk way.

So disappointed, nothing like making the holidays even more stressful.

Walked in around 8 minutes after opening to see 4 people waiting and no one at the counter, looked as if they had been standing there since opening at 9 and staff couldn't even manage to get all the lights on. Could hear employees talking in back, couldn't tell if it was business or play- either way, they weren't getting the job done. I had to leave or risk being late for work and wasn't able to drop package off- ABSOLUTE JOKE of a post office.
