- MJMichel JonesApr 20, 20241.0Sent my package from TN to springerton Illinois and it was stuck at St Louis distribution center and sorting facility for over a week so I opened a claim ticket which 2 days later was marked resolved then I wake up and the package is in San Diego CA keep in mind springerton is a hour and a half away from St Louis distribution center and sorting facility I'm absolutely livid and i never thought i would have a facility be 10xxx worse than Memphis TN. Our government needs to do something about this facility they must be the most incompetent USPS workers in the United States and its unprofessional and unacceptable that this facility is this bad at their jobs i could have had my package there on time using the pony Express if it still existed today by horseback.

If you live in the St. Louis region, I can almost guarantee you will not receive packages from USPS on time. USPS needs to do a serious audit on the Distribution Center for packages
