- BHBridgett hSep 30, 20252.0I sell things online and ship here alot. Pam is there almost everytime it go and she is so nice and friendly. The other clerks are kinda rude. The past few months there are two ladies outside in shower caps constantly begging for money, water, cigarettes, anything and they come to your car as soon as you pull in. Several customers have brought it up and it seems the post office won't do anything to kick them off the property. I dread coming here due to being harassed as soon as I park, then walking into a long line because there's only one person ever working who is usually pam, and she can only due so much by herself.

- MHMike HoffJun 25, 20251.0This is by far the worst post office in the St. Louis area. You are lucky if you have more than one person working the counter. I have prepaid Ebay shipping labels that every other post office allows you to drop off on the far counter. This post office interrogates you for just dropping off. Last two times I waited over 30 minutes to drop off a prepaid package and then insisted they needed to know what was in the box. Are you kidding me? If I could fit it in the parcel cylinder would it ask me what it was? The lady on the end acts like she gets a commission on receipts. I DON'T NEED A RECEIPT! Please let me just drop it off. With over 5000 Ebay shipments I know how it works.
