I arrived at 9:05am, assuming it should open at 9am on a Thursday (1/15/2026), it wasn’t opened until 9:10am. There were 3 persons before me, waiting behind the door till then. After getting inside, there are 3 employees working at the front desk but only 1 can take customer, the other two? 1 kept working in a laptop, the 2nd one spent 10 minutes to look for a receipt paper roll, and installed it, then sit there waiting for her system to be set up by the one on laptop. The first customer took a longtime to bring back a large on hold package, but seems stuck there. I left at 9:20am, there seems no signs of any progress and I don’t know how long I will be waiting until there is any start. At the time I left, there is no customer finished his mail yet.
