The carriers are decent. unfortunately my mail comes out of this office. I would suggest to call and complain to the St Louis Post Master. The person in charge here is just the manager and he has to answer to the Post Master General in St Louis. Even one star is too much

Every time the staff here have been polite, personable, and take their time to help resolve an issue or further investigate something. They are observed to be patient and never rude!! They do their job without attitude and with competence. I will only come here. I appreciate them and hopefully they see this.

SO THERE IS A THEFT RING GOING ON HERE! Numerous online sellers have told me the same thing! I’m reporting this to the post office and Missouri General Attorneys Office! Horrible you can’t get this straightened out! I see mail trucks pulling up to personal car owners and brining them corrugated plastic mailers into their cars and jump back in the truck. If that isn’t a sure violation of work conduct then I don’t know what it! Probably hunting down anything that looks like an IPhone or Tablet or Rolex. Sad I’m having no to switch to UPS after shipping with you guys for 42 years.
