I received a notification that it would arrive as expected then another notification stating that it was ready for pickup on Feb 27th! So my son and myself went to pick it up to be told by the supervisor that it wasnt there. He apologized and promised to flag the package and next day Air it to my son's address so that i could keep my hair appointment. I needed my package to accommodate my hair appointment! I called as I was told by the supervisor a older black gentleman, very professional and nice. So I'm currently on hold showing 42 minutes while I continously hear someone pickup and press hold real quick. I'm so disappointed!

The carriers are decent. unfortunately my mail comes out of this office. I would suggest to call and complain to the St Louis Post Master. The person in charge here is just the manager and he has to answer to the Post Master General in St Louis. Even one star is too much

Every time the staff here have been polite, personable, and take their time to help resolve an issue or further investigate something. They are observed to be patient and never rude!! They do their job without attitude and with competence. I will only come here. I appreciate them and hopefully they see this.
