This is one of the worst post offices in St. Louis. Usually 1 clerk working at the speed of smell with a resentment she's not afraid to show. It's a large post office in a busier part of town so there's always a long line. Packages go missing regularly. I've showed up 10 minutes after opening and still had to wait in a line for someone to unlock the door. It's worth it to drive and find a other one.

I’ve been to this post office 3 times now and all 3 times I’ve regretted coming in. Idk if the clerks aren’t being paid enough or they’re overworked or what is going on but they’re all always in a horrible mood. All 3 people I’ve had help me have had a horrible attitude and honestly have been very hostile and just straight up rude for no reason. The second you walk in the door, you’re inconveniencing them in some way and they make sure you know that.
