The worst post office I’ve ever visited. Horrible customer service and always closes early.

I’ve been to this post office 3 times now and all 3 times I’ve regretted coming in. Idk if the clerks aren’t being paid enough or they’re overworked or what is going on but they’re all always in a horrible mood. All 3 people I’ve had help me have had a horrible attitude and honestly have been very hostile and just straight up rude for no reason. The second you walk in the door, you’re inconveniencing them in some way and they make sure you know that.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Customer Care over the phone couldn’t be a worse process.

No stars what so ever. I came to this location 9 minutes before they closed not intentionally. I work all day from 6 am -10 pm. I filled out my priority box quickly I was at the register exactly at 5:57 pm. She wouldn’t help me. I was sending a package by priority mail to my kids as a surprise. She said they have never had priority tape if I wanted it I had to buy regular tape. Why the need to be rude. I explained to her that I was running behind getting here so late. She didn’t care and chose not to help me. She was a short stocky black older woman. I could clearly see in her face the unwillingness to help. Why??? If we see that the world is upside down why not do an act of kindness. I wasn’t asking for a hand out I just wanted to pay for a service. I will never come to this location again. She wouldn’t help me but she literally ran to the door to let me out. 🤣
