    Every time I mail something at this post office, first my 2024 taxes then some really important insurance papers, and once again those insurance papers. They have not made it to the planed destination yet. This post office needs to be closed or hire some responsible people 🙄

    EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND FED UP WITH LETTER CARRIERS NOT DELIVERING ALL OF MY PACKAGES AND THEN LYING ABOUT BEING ABLE TO DELIVER. I HAD FOUR PACKAGES SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY TODAY. WHEN MAIL RAN YOUR CARRIER ONLY LEFT ONE ITEM. I TRACKED HER DOWN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SHE STATED SHE WAS SORRY AND HAD ONE MORE PACKAGE. I GO ONLINE AND SEE THAT I HAVE TWO MORE PACKAGES THAT WERE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. THESE PACKAGES WERE NOT GIVEN TO ME WHEN I TRACKED DOWN THE LETTER CARRIER EARLIER. I VISITED THE LOCAL BRANCH AND SPOKE WITH A SHERRY OR SHERYL (I BELIEVE) WHO SAID YOU GUYS WERE UNDERSTAFFED AND THAT IT COULD POSSIBLY COME LATER IN THE DAY. I CHECK ONLINE LATER AND YOUR LETTER CARRIER LIED AND SAID FOR ONE PACKAGE THERE WAS NO ACCESS TO MY YARD THE OTHER ONE SAID ANIMAL INTERFERENCE. THESE ARE BOTH UNTRUE AS THERE IS NO FENCE OR OBSTRUCTIONS AND I WORK FROM HOME SO THERE WERE NO ANIMALS OUTSIDE NOR WAS THERE EVEN AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. THIS HAPPENS A LOT AND I AM FED UP. I WANT ALL OF MY PACKAGES ON THE DAYS THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED. I AM SURE ALLNOF MY PACKAGES WERE ON THE TRUCK WHEN I TRACKED DOWN THE LETTER CARRIER. THE PROBLEM IS THEY ARE NOT EXERCISING DUE DILIGENCE AND CARE UPON DELIVERY. MAYBE IF THEY WERE NOT ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES OR BLASTING MUSIC IN THEIR HEADPHONES THEY COULD FOCUS ON THEIR JOB. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE. A FEW MONTHS AGO YOU GUYS MIS-DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND I STILL TO THIS DAY NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. I WORK FROM HOME AND ORDER STUFF ALL DAY LONG SO THEIR ARE ALWAYS MULTIPLE PACKAGES ARRIVING FROM MULTIPLE CARRIERS. USPS IS THE ONLY CARRIER THAT SCREWS UP MY DELIVERIES. I HAVE CAMERAS ON MY PORCH…I NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE…NO ONE CAME TO DELIVER ANYTHING DURING THE TIMES YOUR LETTER CARRIER CLAIMS TO HAVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. IF I CONTINUE HAVING ISSUES WITH DELIVERIES AND MIS DELIVERED ITEMS THAT ARE NEVER RETRIEVED, I WILL ESCALATE UP TO (AND INCLUDING) THE POST MASTER.

    This is one of the worst post offices in St. Louis. Usually 1 clerk working at the speed of smell with a resentment she's not afraid to show. It's a large post office in a busier part of town so there's always a long line. Packages go missing regularly. I've showed up 10 minutes after opening and still had to wait in a line for someone to unlock the door. It's worth it to drive and find a other one.
