Why is it saying it should be in the mail an it's not. Everything else I see is but my green dot card. This the second time i have ordered it because I'm not receiving it. I call an call an no one ever answer the phone. Or they stealing the people stuff. What's going on cause this don't make sense. You can't activate my card without my social security number. So I don't understand why I haven't received either card but I have emails saying they supposed been mailed.
