HR needs to take time and hire competent mail carriers and not just warm bodies! Why would you put a package in a mailbox with a broken key for me to retrieve!!!!!!

- LNLiz NAug 17, 20255.0The Associate who attended to me went above and beyond to help me get the best and cheapest mailing option to send a package to my nephew in the U.K. She explored different mailing methods and found that sending it as a Priority Mail - Flat Rate envelope was the best way to go. This proved to be much cheaper than sending it using my own box. She even gave me extra envelopes to take home for future use. I don't remember her name, but she is highly worthy of commendation!
