- YYYu YoSep 24, 20251.0Came here at 1:35pm to get a new PO Box. The supervisor David told me to come back because his clerk went to lunch for an hour. Smh I wanted to ask him “So what do you do? As a supervisor on duty” but I didn’t. I had too much stuff to do to come back. Please hire more people and get better staff that’s willing to help customers.

I left in mailbox with a note, delivery person ignores and leaves it anyway instead of taking it and delivering to correct address on envelope. Been 3 days now.... LOL
