I have gone 2 months without receiving mail before. I generally have to go to the post office to obtain my mail because they just do not deliver it. Every time I am there to try to locate my mail, all other customers are also trying to track down their mail because theirs is not getting delivered either.

Mail doesn't go out on time, packages don't get delivered on time, customer service depends on how entitled the person behind the counter feels that day, and they try locking doors at 4:45 when the hours posted say 5. Fire them all and bring in some people that appreciate their good government job, that our taxes are paying them to do.
