Mailed a package. The lady at the counter said she would put better tape on the label so that it would not come off. She did not. The package never made it to the destination but the label did.

I had a misunderstanding/issue and reported it. Dennis, Kyemia, and Veronica immediately took action. They took such good care of me! They exhibited exemplary customer service in rectifying, recovering, and seeing to the best outcome possible. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work, diligence, and professionalism. On top of this my mail ladies are always so polite and kind! Thanks USPS for the amazing service! Much appreciated!
