Made a Saturday passport appointment on the website. Went in and was told they only do passports M-F. USPS needs to update the system to not allow people to make passport appointment on weekends then!

The employees here are very nice and friendly. But the building is crap. One summer it got so hot in there because the AC units were broke for several months. I don’t know how they survived in that triple digit heat. Also, the front door that you enter. It is extremely heavy and difficult to get open. Multiple times it is banged back on me almost knocking me over. It’s too bad USPS doesn’t own their own buildings. Because in this case the landlord would be a slumlord.

I have two post offices to choose from and this is the only one I go to. The employees are friendly and very helpful and seem to enjoy the camaraderie they have with their coworkers. It's nice to walk into a place and get a nice smile, and a happy greeting from the employee. Whenever I go there and have a good experience I always fill out the survey on my receipt, so I can only hope it's actually read because I'm sure the post office is used to seeing complaints but probably not as many compliments. These folks deserve the compliment. It's convenient and close to where I live and anytime there's a line It's hardly anything to be worked up about compared to other locations.
