I filed a complaint on the website for this location. I’d advise the same vs only a review to get some change made regarding unprofessional personnel. I brought in 1 package using the shipper’s box that was still taped w/ the brown packaging tape matching the box. At the counter the short haired black female worker w/ large black framed square glasses rudely told me I could only use clear tape and tossed my box back and said she couldn’t help me. I asked for clarity on why some packages through USPS are shipped using brown tape and what are the different rules. She said she wouldn’t answer my questions. She refused to call another worker to help me (she was the only one at the counter) and said she would not give me the post master’s or managers contact that I “can find it for yourself!” Worst experience with customer service of any government place I’ve ever been to. I understand an employee can make a mistake or be misinformed, but she did it with meanness, attitude, and like it was a personal affront to her. Gave this office a second attempt, but never again. Back to my local one that is efficient where they actually do their job and without blatantly lying or rudeness. That woman sucks! Plus, I read the USPS website for packaging rules and the unhelpful employee lied to me about the tape. I guarantee this particular employee is the same woman negatively reviewed again and again.

Worst post office ever. I've been here a couple times and each time there is a particular woman working who is beyond rude to customers for no reason. She yelled at one man that "reading comprehension is important" it was truly insane to watch. The last time I went here I shipped a return which has been lost in the mail for two months with no updates on tracking.

I have to agree with everyone one of the ladies working there does not have the character for customer service. Having said that, she completed her work efficiently and doesn't all of us deserve a job? Anyways it is very inexpensive.

I would leave zero stars if I actually could. The people who work here do not care about anybody other than themselves. I’ve gone here twice to just try to get a key for one of my tenants and they are not only making me wait over half an hour just to talk to somebody but also telling me that they cannot get me a key or replace the lock in a box that they control
