The staff Monica is amazing. She guided me through the whole process of delivering an international package with kindness and empathy. I had my baby crying. She also was helping other folks efficiently and effectively. She was the only one there and when I came in. She asked me if I needed help.

I am not shocked to read these reviews about Tracy because I had a very similar, frustrating experience this week. It sounds like she has been verbally abusing customers for years and it's shocking she still has a job. She LIED to me at my passport appointment and told me my 19 year old had to have a birth certificate when he did not. His old passport would suffice for his citizenship document and I had already confirmed that online. She essentially cancelled my appointment because of her own ineptitude. Thankfully, a very kind Webster Groves library employee fit me into today since my son is going back to college tomorrow. He confirmed that Tracy was absolutely wrong and processed my son's application without his birth certificate. She is inept, rude, inflexible and an all-around unpleasant person. I'm sure these reviews just continue to fuel her rage towards her customers. Last winter I went in to send a letter and apparently made the error of licking my envelope and she shouted at me that I could not do that. She made me open the envelope, retrieve the contents and use a whole new envelope that she could seal with a sponge instead. I like to have compassion for other because you never know what's going on in their lives but Tracy is just BEYOND. Maybe she's had a very hard life and/or some time of mental illness or personality disorder. At any rate she should not be interfacing with the public. AVOID this location at all costs!

There’s a worker who works here, by the name of Tracy, who’s extremely rude. She’s short, condescending, and unhelpful when you ask for her help. However, the actual Post Office is very clean and spacious, and the lines move pretty quickly (when Tracy isn’t manning the lines). The front room stays open 24/7, so you can slide your smaller packages thru anytime!
