5 Stars! I had a very stressful experience with a missing eBay package, and the team here was incredibly helpful. The manager was so understanding—she listened to my situation and provided me with the necessary documentation to help resolve my case. It’s the holiday season and all the staff were dressed up and creating such a wonderful, festive atmosphere. Truly kind and professional people. They went above and beyond for me!

Nakia which never had her name badge on Shouldn’t be working in any kind of customer service, she asked me to step away while my QR code was loading but there was nobody behind… shipped 2 out of 5 packages, saying 3 other QR codes are not working for her,but I did shipped them 10min later at other location on Olive blvd lol Plus had 2 packages lost last month and manager took tracking # and my cell phone # promised to fix it,but never called back. Never had bad experience at Creave Coeur location before yesterday, hope they will fix it or find someone a bit more professional to replace.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Lately been having lots of horrendous experiences here. The other day was the last straw. I was trying to mail a low value, 3oz parcel and had a question on how I could get cheaper postage that did not require tracking. The rude cashier tells me to write the shipping address on the envelope. So I do just that, and then later she says I have to get tracking and pay an exorbitant $7 fee to mail only a 3oz envelope. That is total highway robbery when I know for a 110% fact you can get QR code tracking labels online for less than $5. Then, I try to ask for clarification, and the gal goes into full robot mode, just repeating nonsense again and again like she’s preaching some ritualistic mantra. I’m NOT looking for a robot to sing me mantras, I’m looking for someone to explain to me WHY I can't get non-tracking postage for a small envelope when I’ve been delivered similar packages in the past that did not have tracking, but instead they had a cheaper type of postage. But for some reason that is too much to ask for. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff here. And that’s not even talking about my misdelivered package that I called about and had not one but TWO people say they were going to call me back with a status update on, but of course weeks went by and I heard nothing. Thankfully I didn't have to go through the tedious claim process as the eBay seller refunded me, but still a massive inconvenience nonetheless.
