- MAMichael AFeb 21, 20265.0I know the postal service gets a bad rap. However I did come into the this post office with no customer service. I had several tasks to do including getting money orders having envelopes weighed getting stamps and mailing everything once all these tasks were completed. I encountered the most friendly Post employee. Not only did she let me use tape to tape up my envelopes I accidentally forgot to put a money order in one of my envelopes and had to cut it open accidentally cutting the wrong one open. I had to seal both of them and she was so patient and provided tape again once again for me to do this. I want to command this individual although I do not know her name for her professionalism customer service smile and patience.

The manager was so understanding—she listened to my situation and provided me with the necessary documentation to help resolve my case. It’s the holiday season and all the staff were dressed up and creating such a wonderful, festive atmosphere. Truly kind and professional people. They went above and beyond for me!
