I put a hold mail on my address from September 2 through September 22. I specifically indicate it that I would want my accumulated mail to be delivered to my address as it’s clearly shown in the attached picture highlighted.
As of today, September 24, I have not received my mail so I got into my car and went to this post office. I spoke with a very disturbed lady at the post office who was in charge of old mail. She slammed the door on my face after I explained to her that I have not received my mail yet And came back two minutes later with the box of mail and handed it to me. Instead of apologizing, she slammed the door on my face once again and left. This cannot continue to happen. USPS needs to hire capable people that have compassion towards their job. I specifically asked for my mail to be delivered to my address and it was not. This is not the first time this post office has made an error and I fear it will not be the last. Have the common decency to apologize to your customers if you make a mistake that’s the right thing to do.

This was months ago but it's worth writing a review over.
I went in to ship a package for business and I was told they had no more shipping labels (?) so I'd have to write it myself. I was just going to stick the shipping label over the top of the pre-existing one, so now I was told I had to tear off the one on there and write the address on the box. I did so accordingly on the same side the previous shipping label was on, and I was then told that I wrote it on the wrong side (even though their own shipping label from before was on the side I just wrote it on) so I had to write it again on another side. This is while there was a line behind me and the employee was trying to deal with other people.
That's not even the main reason why I'm writing the one star review, the main reason is because it then took my package three months to arrive to its destination. I had no idea as the person it was being sent to never contacted me until it finally arrived, but by then it was too late so she sent it back to me. I don't know what transpired for that to occur, but I hadn't experienced anything like it before.

I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.
Couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you Mr.Hemphill !
