I've had packages shipped from this location that sat without moving for FIVE days (sat in the post office after acceptance from 4 through 9 December 2025). Do better.

Only use this location if you are dropping off packages with prepaid postage. Probably the least educated and by far the least helpful location I've had the misfortune of visiting. I'm pretty sure they train their employees to come up with creative ways to deny customers service. And they're GREAT at that. If you're into self-abuse and ruining your day, hit up this location for postal services first thing in the morning. Guaranteed to infuriate.

I try to avoid going to this post office if possible. The quality of my experiences here highly depend on the people behind the desk during the visit, their moods, their comradery with their coworkers that day, and what service I'm asking of them. I find myself mentally hyping myself up before going in (I feel like I'M the one performing customer service since I try to be as polite and prepared as possible). And I also find myself feeling extremely lucky if I get out of there with no one having been snippy either to me or with each other... The work culture there seems pretty tough. One particular thing that really peeved my husband was that I couldn't swap stamps. I tried to get Christmas stamps by myself one day for my Christmas cards and I was too late. All the good ones were gone! The only ones they had left were not what I was looking for but I got them anyway (2 books! Not cheap!). Later, I found some cute ones at Walgreens and came back to try to return the unused stamps. The post office said it was their policy to not take back any stamps, even if they were untouched. No big deal for me! I think they pointed to some paper sign behind the desk about it. My fault for not seeing it and recognizing this common policy! My husband was surprised about this policy though, and looked online for more information about it. He found on the official USPS website that instead of returning, you could swap/exchange stamps. He went in with me later that week and we waited a long time in line just for them to say they "don't go by the website." I'm fine if they want don't want to take the stamps back.. I'll give them to my mom or someone who wants them. But to say they don't go by their own government website was a little irritating. They were also just really dismissive and rude about it, which wasn't necessary. And don't even ask them about passport stuff!! They act like you should already know everything and look it up online.. while also claiming that they don't go by the online policies...:/ Just like the DMV, expect to make two trips to get something done or pay a lot to make things happen. And also like the DMV, prepare yourself for a bit of frustration walking out of this place. When planning to visit the Grasso Plaza post office, make sure to plan a fun little treat for yourself right after!
