- JJjosieOct 23, 20251.0a year ago I went in hoping to have some information on my lost package, as it was a birthday gift from my friend. the guy who helped me was nice, but ultimately just said it was lost, can’t do anything. however, I was just poking around on the usps website and saw that you can file a missing mail search… I wish he would’ve at least recommended that to me, even if nothing came of it. my friend who sent me the gift put a lot of work into picking everything out and packing it up. and since it’s been just barely over a year I can’t file the search anymore.

I have finally reached my limit with the rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the workers here and will not be going back. I will use the Arnold location from now on. When you go in expecting to be helped with any questions you may have, you do not expect to be treated rudely and subjected to belittling comments.

Also was treated like I was a moron because I didnt have my husband with me who I needed for the passport. Definitely need a clean sweep of employees! I told the lady its fine I'll go somewhere else and she then proceeded to say well then you can just leave those applications here and get new ones somewhere else. I was like um no.... just very rude!!!!
