However, there are several problems with the service: 1) You actually need to make an appointment for new passport (which you wouldn't know until you visit them). 2) Their camera is broken, and you need to bring photos. 3) They don't have the current form for passport application. They only have expired ones, which they told me should be ok. You'd better print the form online and fill it out ahead of time with black ink.
