Nice workers when I’ve gone but seriously you need more than 1 person working the front. There’s usually a line and it’s usually full of people who apparently have never sent mail before because they take forever. I can be in and out in 30 seconds if there’s not a line but if there is it can take 15-30 minutes.

This post office needs new management. I complained in the past about my mail not being picked up from my mailbox. Years later, the issue continues to persist. You can raise the little red flag on the mailbox, and it doesn't mean anything to the mail carriers. For example, I received someone else's Ameren utility bill delivered to my house a few weeks ago, I put it back in the mailbox and raised the red flag. Two weeks went by and they still hadn't picked it up. During that two weeks I tried leaving the mailbox door open, I even tried scooting the utility bill to the edge with the flag sticking way up so that its visible to the carrier's eye. But the carriers just continued to drop off the mail without acknowledging the utility bill that needed to be picked up. I tried mailing multiple envelopes over a decades times span. My wife and I even added extra stamps to envelopes. And the issue still continues to where the mail NEVER gets picked up. I recently tried calling the post office to complain again. But guess what, they have automated phone menus. It makes you press all sorts of numbers. It makes you enter your zip code, and state your address like five different times. I even pressed a number to select the music I preferred to listen to per the automated voice prompt. I waited on the phone for up to 30 minutes listening to the music. Their music quality sounded like it came from a used metal tuna can speaker. Most post offices function appropriately and make quick corrections. But this one seems to be a little extra special. I solely blame the facility's management for the ongoing corruption, immediate changes need to happen. The public doesn't deserve this type of treatment.

They lost packages that I sent out to clients for my nutrition practice. I asked if there’s a way to find out what happened, the woman says “YOU NEED TO FILE A CLAIM” These people don’t like their Job. They don’t care. If you run a business, do not pay these people to handle your valuable merchandise.

Made passport appointment online. Received call day of appointment that they were canceling my appointment because no agent available. Rescheduled for following Monday 9am. The station opened past 9am was not prepared to serve. Once called to counter was told passport agent was not available and would be in at 930. Poor service.

had me wasting my time for a P.O. box that they'd already given the keys to someone else for, AFTER taking my money of course. no empathy or atleast a "Im sorry for the inconvenience" or anything... yeah at this point let AI take over cus yall customer service is trash. might as well deal with a damn robot at this point. maybe it'll be more concise with customers
