- JDJeff DavisJan 16, 20261.0Staff told me my return needed to be fully bagged as they were about to put in it in their return bag that they normally use to return smaller products. The bag it came in was torn at top. I bring items like this back in boxes and they throw away the box and put in bag. Staff put down bag and told me I could pay 2 dollars for a bag. Told Staff I would find another ups. I generally feel they don't want to deal with amazon returns as this isn't the first time they have been picky about returns and generally seem unhappy when you are there. So they win one last customer.
