I went to pick it up saturday afternoon and was told that they did not have the package and had no record of my name. Today I received proof of delivery from UPS saying that the package was delivered on Friday, a day before I went to pick it up and was told they didn't have the item. Just got off the phone with them. They do have the package and they want to charge me a storage fee because I do not have a mailbox at the address. No accountability was taken. Terrible service, terrible customer service.

He helped explain everything from what material I could print on to even helping me when I mistakenly sent him the wrong PDF. I don't write reviews very often, but I felt like I needed to shout him out and that I will definitely come back here in the future if I need to print anything else!

I am only writing this review to ask for help with being able to afford my holding fee and the Uber ride home from picking up a package tomorrow and if anyone is interested in helping me out my cash app is $Gaynomad8
