  You apply jobs and never get a response back. I being applying for months and never hear anything back.

  Re: Lack of Business Infrastructure & Practices Update: On December 12, 2024 I received an email providing job listings that I may be interested in. I was shocked. A large percentage of jobs are Temporary positions. Absolutely sickening. Rumor has it more jobs have become available. ST. Louis, MO is not benefiting to this new found news. In fact the jobs that are available are temporary. Which means no Medical, Dental, Vaca, or sick time, unless you put in a lot of hours. In addition the salaries are pitiful compared to today's COL (Cost of Living) for this part of the country. News Bulletin! I discovered that Robert Half has moved their corporate office out of the US. I will not support an agency that takes jobs away from US citizens. So what do I do with my time? I work closely with the Better Business Bureau, and the State Attorney General Office and report companies that are not following their own business practices. This also involves their websites. I write up detailed reports with back up and submit them to the above mentioned agencies. I find it quite gratifying. ================================================== I have made three attempts in communicating with a recruiter at Robert Half. Each time I have experienced an issue with speaking with a live individual. Instead, I am subjected to voice mail prompts that asks for an extension. I then made the attempt to contact someone at Robert Half via chat. I asked for the number for IT, I get a number for Finance. I was then forwarded to an individual by the name of Dustin. I left three voice mail messages, and he never returned my call. I called the main number again, this time I was forwarded to a Software Engineer who had no idea why I was forwarded to him in the first place. I also discovered a form that you "should" be able to fill out for inquires. However, when filling out the form, they ask for a business domain. Now why would I want my current employer to be aware that I am contacting an employment agency??????? I also googled their exact location. All you get is a picture of a business park bench. No sign, no front door, absolutely nothing to go by. For all we know, this could be a mock location. After reading the posted reviews, I have no desire of dealing with an agency that refuses to follow the proper Business Practices.

  The worst recruiting company out there. Extremely cold and unresponsive. I have tried to reach out to them several times because I have a very strong background and highly qualified for different roles they have posted. Never hear anything. Tried to talk directly with a couple of their recruiters at different times and they always sound like they could not care less about you, their job, or the positions they are trying to fill. Don't waste your time.

  I worked with Robert Half on a short term User Experience role in October 2021. Jessica was great to work with and she helped answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that she was really quick at communicating and I always knew where I was at in the process and that I could call if I had concerns. I marked on my profile that I was open to other roles with Robert Half as well, and had really pleasant conversations with the recruiters who called me from the other branches! They were all very transparent about compensation, which I found really helpful!
