The fastest post office in america?
probably has something to do with being the hometown of the pony express or something.

Only 1 out of 5 times do I actually receive my packages as ordered, on time. I get paper mail just fine, to my knowledge, but actually getting packages through the mail here is a huge charade.
I've started telling my friends and family to send me items using FedEx instead of going through this post office - I can't get my packages half the time, and almost always I have to call, inquire, downright harass them (which I hate doing) to actually get my items to end up in the correct mailbox. It's a MIRACLE I have yet to actually lose anything, though that day may have come. Was given the wrong package box key at my apartment's mailboxes again (this happens almost every time, I can never get to my mail and it's continually frustrating) and upon asking for the right key, got... nothing left at all. No way to get my package if it's even there.
Customer service is generally lackluster - the phone is always busy, which isn't necessarily their fault but I can almost never get through and end up braving the nightmare that is driving downtown to go down there and needlessly ask about it person.
The number of hassles I've had to go through just to -receive mail at all- is absolutely incredible and it's really disappointing.
