Hope you never encounter them... Reading these comments, I get the feeling just a handful of poor employees give this whole post office a bad name, and it's a shame.

On top of the regular items, I have had a few shipments of baby chicks and they have called me right away to let me know they were there. They even did what they could to track down a shipment that had been delayed.

However, unless she has mail delivery that day, the postman never picks up her outgoing mail even though her flag is up. She has contacted the post office before, and was basically told that is a courtesy service, not a required service. I don't want her driving, but they are forcing her to due to their lack of service.
