Package was delivered to an address that was not my address. I provided tracking numbers, ID, and proof of order. They were not allowed to give me the address it was delivered to for privacy reasons (understood). The front desk clerk was very kind, but the supervisor would not work with me at all to get any kind of documentation to escalate the situation and was quite rude. I went in to the situation calm and patient with all parties and left angry due to the complete disregard from the supervisor. I was given no path to resolution, just complete absolution of responsibility. The desk clerks were awesome because they cleared a 10 person line in just a few minutes, but the experience completely changed when interacting with the supervisor

Female at the front counter said my VA prescriptions wouldn't be delivered because they had to be signed for. That's the first time I've ever heard that lie. Of course she had her hair conveniently covering her name tag. 🤔😞

This place is horrible. I just dealt with a supervisor who just tries to gaslight. You telling me that part of the problem is my problem. Let’s get this straight my mail it was supposed to be on hold. I’ve come in three different times now and my mail is not here. However I keep getting emails showing me that the mail is coming here yet. There’s no mail here. I have confirmation number that my mail is supposed to be on hold but the mail is not here. They keep saying did I check my mailbox at home? Well, I just got into town. Why would I check my mailbox at home when it’s supposed to be getting held here worst service ever and a gaslighting supervisor unbelievable I see why the reviews are so low.

This post office decided that my envelope method was not correct instead of returning it to me. They charged my customer a seven dollar postage fee on top of what I’ve already paid and claimed the envelope was too thick for the “slit” per policy. It’s allowed to be up to 3/4 of an inch per usps policy. and it wasn’t over 3/4” furthermore to go and charge my customer ground rate after I already paid the original shipping is just a bad business practice. Whatever disgruntled employee I got is totally out of line. I do this for a living and have never ran into this using identical shipping on over 100 orders this year, scamming dirt bags. I can just imagine why there’s hundred other terrible reviews on here. I’ll never ship via post office again. Anywhere for that matter. Cost me seven dollars cost you guys thousands and thousands of dollars of business not that I make a difference in your bottom line but keep treating the people who are loyal to their post office and yall will be outta business in no time like you should of been in 2000.
