I live in O'Fallon MO, I could track it came in from out of state to the St Louis Post office which in return they send it to the St Charles post office it was supposed to be out for delivery and instead they sent it to Chicago IL, that's total incompetence. Anytime I can avoid using the USPS I do, they've only gotten worse over the years.
