I showed the packing slip, the guy said in a rude and condescending tone “you know you were supposed to print that off”. I asked how much it would be to print because I don’t have a printer. $4 to print 1 piece of paper? I wish Amazon didn’t partner with UPS. I would rather go anywhere else. Always a bad experience.

- DHDennis HillDec 16, 20252.0Not sure where the problem is but I checked the UPS website to see what it would cost to send a 8.5x11 calendar to Arizona to get there before Christmas. The website says I can send either ground or 3 day and it would get there by the 20th and around $20, less by ground. When I went in they said the ground schedule had a good chance to negotiate t get there by 24th. And 3 day was $47.50. I went to FedEx and they guaranteed by the 18th(2 days) for $10.95. So recommend for anything that fits in envelopes choose FedEx over UPS.

The manager convinced my husband the box could be damaged in transit and should be packed in one of their boxes. $7.99 for the box, $4.99 for packing materials, and $3.99 for them to pack it! There is no way the box the used came close to the strength of the box I packed it in. Not sure why, but he chose 3 day delivery, long story short, it cost us $93.93 to mail 2 children's sweat shirts. When I called to discuss the "repacking" issue, the woman laughed at me and said it was ups policy. I wasn't mailing anything fragile and my box was the sturdiest box I've ever mailed anything in. She ended up hanging up on me! Never would I use this store again!
