I hope UPS is taking good care of them! *edit - I'm going to have to lower my rating for this location. I tried to return an item I ordered from Amazon through UPS. The item arrived to me damaged in two boxes taped together, one of which was fairly large. The UPS store advised me they could not ship it back, as it was two boxes and I should 'raise hell' with Amazon, as they could not process it. They even mentioned the second box didnt look like it was originally fastened to the larger item. These arrived to me originally thru UPS in this fashion. Eventually UPS took only the larger box to get me out of the store since I was clearly upset and tried to get me to 'raise hell' with Amazon, who probably cares as little or less than UPS about how to return unusual items. I understand it was not properly packaged, but thats the exact reason why I am sending the product back. Since it was improperly accepted and shipped by UPS, the items arrived in a damaged state. And I'm not sure why the clerks believe I should raise hell with another big company when they accepted and shipped the package in the first place. I doubt I will get a refund since UPS separated the boxes that were originally sent to me.
