I consistently receive friendly service, even when they are busy, they are very polite and extremely helpful. I know if I have an important package that needs to get shipped, this is the place to go. I have never had an issue with lost packages and they arrive on time.

The presumed “owner” of this store charges $3 for a piece of tape and a printed label in order to take your Amazon return, even when Amazon is forcing you to use UPS for your return. Save yourself the trouble and call AmAzon directly. They will send a UPS driver to your door with a label to get the package. You just have to find the tape. I used blue painters tape. It works fine according to the amazon representative. Hope this was helpful. I wish the previous lady still had this store. I really liked her. Her customer service was spot on and she was actually helpful and not a pompous ___.
