- WGWJ GoodmanApr 4, 20261.0This place has to have the poorest, most limited pool of drivers ignorant and lazy available. In our rural area (Hartshorn), the drivers always drove up to the house and either handed the package over or place in a delivery box we set in front of the house. I even provided a circle drive so they wouldn't even need to back up. Nowadays, the driver tosses them out at the highway far from our house - claiming it is a gated entrance, yet no gate has ever existed. For a sensitive recent (envelope) delivery, they left it below our mailbox, which isn't even close to our driveway due to a hill and a curve. That blew away before we could retrieve it. I filed a claim on that one. No one responded or did a damn thing. They just sent me a survey to ask how I liked their response. The "Virtual Assistant" (which is the ONLY option available) is absolutely worthless. From now on, my online orders will specifically ask to avoid FedEx shipping.

So he knows where I live. I will make sure to complain at the companies I order from to use UPS instead of FedEx to ship my packages.
