I went to check the mail and there was only paper mail and no package. My status then updates that I can pick up the package. Mail truck drove by again today (1/11) and of course doesn't even stop at my house. I have received packages from this company in the past and have never had an issue. From my knowledge, this package should not require a signature; however, no one even came to my door to try to get a signature. Why am I paying for shipping and I have to go pick up my package now.

The current staff as USPS is the most unprofessional, hateful, and mean group of people we've ever worked with. We've been plainly told by 2 different employees that packages can be dropped off in the back until 6pm, yet tonight, we were yelled and screamed at by multiple post office employees. Tired of multiple complains of our business packages smelling like cigarette smoke, lost packages, etc. One of the worst post offices in the area. If you can use ANY other way to ship packages, I highly recommend doing so.
