- SSSanjit SounderrajanDec 7, 20255.0We had to send a package to Poland. Paras was extremely helpful and though a little pricey, it ended up reaching the destination in 3 days. For context, it was sent earlier through USPS and that was a complete nightmare. The package reached Poland and sat in customs for 2 weeks and then they told the person who was supposed to receive it, “we attempted delivery but no one was home”. Which was an absolute lie. Then another 2 weeks after that, we got notification that the package was going to come back because of some customs issue. A total of 2 months later, the package returns looking worse for wear. Looked like it was in the edge of some damp warehouse, grime and water damage all over it. We repackaged it and sent it through UPS. Paras was extremely helpful. He spent time with us helping us sort through the tariffs we’d need to pay and breaking down all the codes for us. Shipping ended up costing about as much as the package was worth. But after that, the process was painless and reached its destination in 3 days. Overall, thanks to Paras, it was a painless experience.

First of all, it smells amazing! The owner is so nice to everyone and helps just as much as the employees. A while back, I had to return something and didn't know until I got to the store that I had to pay for shipping. I didn't have any money on me. The owner said I could come the next day and pay him back, so I did. Then recently, I went in there, and I had an email printed off, and he knew me by name.
