I will not use Digital Graphics again. The long and short of it is that I took in a towel to have it embroidered and not only were my specific requests regarding the size of some of the letters not followed, but the towel was damaged in two places in the process. The persons with whom I worked in ordering the work were friendly and helpful. However, when I picked up the towel, the owner of the shop did not point out to me that the towel had been damaged in the process and I did not see it until I was preparing to gift wrap it. This service for 17 letters and one forward slash (/) was $85.00. It seemed like an absurd amount, but I am not familiar with charges for this kind of a business, so I paid it. Now I have a towel that appears used as if threads have ben removed and I have spent $115.00 on a gift that I am disappointed and sorry to send to the receiver.
Too bad and so sad!

Lazy and disrespectful service. I asked for a quote, expressed my overall vision and selected the garments I wanted to print on. Told me they'll get a quote out for me asap. A week later and I still haven't heard back from them, so I decide to call the guy I was in contact with. He told me they were super busy, that he received my email and that he'll send me the quote before the day's end. Two weeks later and I still haven't heard back from them. Three weeks of lost time. I advise anybody that's looking for a professional job to move their business somewhere else, the level of disrespect and laziness was astounding.

Diggit Graphics has the best customer service of any custom apparel company I've worked with. Whether it was working through licensing issues, meeting a deadline, or doing orders as a fundraiser, they were amazing at working with us through everything. I will definitely be using Diggit Graphics again!

I've got artwork, what format do you like?
We use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, but we can take files in just about any format. Vector artwork is preferred. If you don't know what that means, don't worry, we'll find a solution with what you've got.
Can I provide the product?
Yes, however, Diggit Graphics does not accept liability for any damaged product. Keep in mind there is a small margin of error with any machine or human and due to the difficulty in replacing provided goods Diggit Graphics simply cannot accept the responsibility. You will be required to sign a waiver in order for us to decorate your provided items.
What is your turnaround time?
We like to have 7 to 10 business days based on our current workflow, and may need up to 15 business days. That period of time begins the day we receive approval on all artwork, final garment quantities, and payment is received. Shipping time is not included in our standard turnaround. If you need them delivered sooner, rush charges may apply. We will do everything we can to accommodate your deadline without a rush charge. However, in some cases we may require a rush fee if overtime is needed to meet your deadline. Revising your deadline after an order has been placed may also result in rush charges.
What is your minimum order?
We have a 12 piece minimum any screen printed order. There is no minimum on embroidery orders.
For screen printing, what are your printable sizes?
We are capable of printing fairly large images, although we are limited by a few variables. The smallest garment in your print run will always dictate the maximum size we are able to print on that specific order. Any order containing youth and adult sizes will have limits to the printable size, depending on the youth garments. Additionally, if you are ordering any type of specialty garments that have unique features then we may need to alter the image size to avoid any unprintable areas. Additionally we are limited by the size of the print pallets that your garments will get loaded onto for printing. We have various sized pallets for different types of garment printing and different locations. Each print pallet has different dimensions and different variables.
Can you ship my order?
Of course we can ship your order, UPS loves taking our customer packages when they deliver our goods. We ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size of your order and your deadline. Shipping times are not factored into our standard turnaround times. If you need your order to arrive on a certain date, please provide us with that date when you place your garment order. Shipping charges are based on order details. We are not responsible for lost or stolen garment orders.
