- SLSandra LeeDec 27, 20251.0I drove out of my way to come to this location. I got here exactly at 3 PM. The door was open, and there was a man working, helping a client. All I needed to do was hand off a package. He looked at me and said we’re closed. Okay, they close at three, but the door was still open and he was standing there and all he had to do is take my package. I found that it was lazy and rude. I went out of my way to come to this location and it just reinforces how much disappointment there is from the lack of kind and understanding guest services. What a waste of my time.

She needs a raise. I may be a boomer, but this is the postage service I remember, the customer service is excellent, and it makes me want to leave the house. Dropping off a package wasn't a chore it was the highlight of my day. When I met Paige, I was excited for the youth, because if a youngster is even 1% as charismatic, charming, and empathetic as her, then I will be proud of our new generation.
