This is why peoples packages gone missing because my address is right there and how come you put my mails in the mailbox and my package still end up at the wrong address house. Please pay attention with our packages and mails.

When I went to the post office I was given a dozen different excuses for why they wouldn't reimburse me, including describing the books as being "gently slid" into the mailbox (without even talking to the delivery driver) and asking me if I had video of me getting them out of my mailbox. So yeah, that insurance you pay for: worthless. Just like the employees there.
