  I’ve always had great experiences with your customer service in the past, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case recently. During my last visits, I interacted with an employee who was openly rude from the moment I walked in. I was told they were unable to print labels, and when I asked when the issue would be resolved, I was ignored and directed to “go down the street” to another business. I did exactly that and have been shipping elsewhere ever since. I happened to stop in again while I was already in the parking lot, hoping for a better experience, but I encountered the same employee. I had two packages—one on the scale and one in my hand. She printed a label, then abruptly grabbed the box from my hand. When I explained that the label belonged to the other package, she threw the box onto the counter and snatched the other one. When I asked for her name, her attitude became even more condescending. Based on these repeated interactions, I won’t be returning. As your own employee suggested, I’ll be taking all my shipping needs elsewhere.

  This UPS Store is always so helpful! Their customer service is amazing!! I've come in when customers have been quite grumpy with them and they still maintain a professional attitude and try to be as helpful as possible to resolve the issue with the customer. They are willing to help when they can and when customers are willing. This is my go to UPS Store!

  This place has really went down hill. The last three times we have tried to ship something it has been a disaster. Twice we paid for overnight and then when it didn't arrive we were told that even though we paid extra it wasn't guaranteed. I feel like we are told what we want to hear until the sale is made. My mom had a similar experience. The staff is very rude when things don't go well. Nobody there takes responsibility. As a company and an individual, we will not be going back.
